Job responsibilities
1、According to the company's business strategy, make team sales plan, determine team sales strategy and method;
2、Assist the company in team building, daily management, team coaching, etc., stimulate the potential of subordinates, conduct overall market development, and ensure the completion of sales targets set by the company;
3、Through market development, old customer maintenance, completion of personal sales performance indicators;
4、Conduct daily customer classification, analysis and customer information summary.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, sales team management experience preferred;
